Birthdays are the orders that arrive late. Somebody counts the replies on a Wednesday evening for a Saturday party and the number is thirty-five, not the twenty the family was told about. That can still work, but count the 72 hours back from the pickup window, not from the party: a Saturday midday collection needs the request in by Wednesday midday, not Wednesday evening. It goes through the Feast Basket on this site, so there is no office to catch before it shuts — the 72 hours is the whole deadline. Our hours only decide which collection windows exist: Wednesday we close at 5:30pm, every other open day at 7pm, Sunday not at all.
At thirty-five guests you are not building a banquet, you are building one very good plate. A Full Pan of Jollof Rice covers 20-24 and a Half Pan covers 10-12, so a Full Pan plus a Half Pan of Jollof is 30 to 36 servings — right on the line at thirty-five. A Full Pan each of Jollof and Fried Rice gives 40 to 48 instead, and makes the table look like a choice. Peppered Chicken and Beef Suya go first. Fried Plantain is the side children actually finish.
Small chops do the rest, and they get badly under-ordered. Puff Puff, Meat Pie, Fish Pie and Chin Chin get eaten standing up before the food is served, again while the cake is found, and once more on the way out. Order them assuming every guest picks at them twice, because they will. Chin Chin also survives the journey home in party bags better than anything else here.
The one line families reliably get wrong in both directions is the drinks. One gallon covers 8-10 cups and the 2-gallon jug covers 16-20, so thirty-five guests at a cup and a half each is about fifty-three servings, or six gallons, or three of the 2-gallon jugs. Chapman is what the adults reach for, the Pina Colada Mocktail is what the teenagers come back for, and the Artisanal Yoghurt — strawberry, blueberry, banana or mango — is the one the under-tens finish. We do not supply ice, so buy it the morning of the party rather than the night before.

Short-notice parties live and die on three things: how late you can order, how late you can change it, and who is buying the ice.
All catering quote requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event date. This ensures our chefs have sufficient time to source premium fresh ingredients and prep your delicacies to perfection.
Because our catering orders are cooked fresh to order, cancellations or date adjustments must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time window. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial preparation fee.
No, we do not provide ice for drinks. Our crafted refreshments and yoghurts are prepared, packaged, and stored chilled, but customers are responsible for purchasing and supplying their own ice for serving setup.
